Food

We have a number of different food options available for you at the conference.

1. Hand in Hand food pass – this will give you a meal in our restaurant on Friday night, Saturday lunch time and Saturday night. The food pass will need to be purchased in advance. Once they are available we will email all registered delegates to invite them to purchase food if they wish. Details of the menu and prices will be released shortly.   

2. Visit our cafe to buy sandwiches, snacks and drinks on the day.

3. Hot food is available to buy from the food van just outside the conference centre.

4. You can bring your own food with you.

 Please note that there are no restaurants within walking distance, but many available within a 10 minutes drive of the venue. 

Accommodation

There are many hotels and air B&B rooms available close the conference venue. 

We are working to gather with the Mercure Birmingham West Hotel which is a 6 mins drive to the Bethel Convention centre. They are offering all delegates for the Hand In Hand Conference between 7-9th February 2025 a rate of £89 for a single occupancy room and £99 for a double occupancy room per night both with bed and breakfast if you mention the Hand in Hand Conference on booking. For those with a tighter budget, we are currently working on some budget options for accommodation, sleeping on floors. Please check back for more details.
