Food

We have a number of different food options available for you at the conference.

A: Hand in Hand Food Pass – 3 meals for £20:
1. Barbecue on Friday night from our food van
2. Saturday a choice of either hog roast at lunch or wraps in the evening from our food van
3. Saturday grab bag with a variety of foods, including baguettes, steak bakes, sandwiches, crisps, muffins, pastries, and hot or cold beverages.
Gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options are available for all these meals. 

B: Venue Cafe – Serving hot drinks, sandwiches & snacks throughout the conference (subject to availability). Find it on the left hand side as you enter the building and upstairs on the first floor in our restaurant area. 

C: Food Van – Hot food is available to buy from the food van just outside the conference centre.
Friday evening – Barbecue
Saturday lunch – Hog roast
Saturday evening – Wraps

D: Bring your own food – You are welcome to bring your own food and sit in our restaurant area, exhibitor spaces or any of the seminar rooms to enjoy your lunch.

Please note that there are no restaurants within walking distance, but many available within a 10 minutes drive of the venue.

Accommodation

There are many hotels and air B&B rooms available close the conference venue.

We are working to gather with the Mercure Birmingham West Hotel which is a 6 mins drive to the Bethel Convention centre. They are offering all delegates for the Hand In Hand Conference between 7-9th February 2025 a rate of £89 for a single occupancy room and £99 for a double occupancy room per night both with bed and breakfast if you mention the Hand in Hand Conference on booking. The Travelodge, West Bromwich is a short drive and reasonably priced.
