General

We want to make this conference accessible to as many people as possible. If you require support for a specific need, please contact us in advance of the conference and we will discuss with you what support we can provide. Wheelchairs

We have parking available right outside the main entrance. The rooms in the conference centre are all one level, except for the restaurant area which is accessible via a lift. Should you require any further support speak to our reception team who are here to help you. 

Hearing

Our main conference auditorium is fitted with a hearing loop system.

Calm Room

If you need some downtime during your time at the conference and some space in a low stimulus environment, head to our Calm Room, where you can sit quietly and collect your thoughts.
